Details of vinification and oaking:

This is the first year making wine from our own Sauvignon Blanc vineyards – they have been under contract form many years with another winery. This is an older vineyard that produces a deeper, richer style. 20% of the wine was fermented in older oak to give an added richness and texture to the palate.
