At Stark-Condé we strive for customer satisfaction and therefore make every effort to correct any situation that you are not satisfied with.
If you received an incorrect order please notify us via email within 30 days from receipt and we will replace that wine, on our costs, with the correct wine within 30 days of notification of the complaint.
In the unusual event of you receiving damaged products we offer 100% guaranteed money-back refund. A damaged product will include:
- The glass is chipped, cracked or broken
- The label is torn, dirty, badly scuffed, stained or defective
- The wine has cork taint
Stark-Condé processes refunds to the credit card used at time of purchase. Once a refund has been approved and processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Refunds should post to your credit card within 5 working days.
