We hand-craft red wines in small volumes using traditional methods: hand sorting, open-top fermentations, hand punchdowns and manual basket pressing. All the wines are bottled without fining and filtration. We make about 3000 cases.

The Stark-Condé Three Pines range consists of a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Syrah from high-elevation slopes. The name Three Pines is a reference to the lookout spot at the top of the farm, from which the highest vineyards are visible. The Three Pines range come in individually numbered bottles as their production is particularly limited.

The Stark-Condé Stellenbosch range consists of a Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah made with carefully selected vineyard blocks on our property.

We’re exploring the idea of farming our vineyards more naturally, starting with newly planted vines situated up at 600 meters above sea level. It’s a small isolated block, surrounded by beautiful indigenous flora.
